RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to enjoy your purchase from Savida  as much as we do. If you change your mind, you can return your purchase for a STORE CREDIT (providing it isn’t a SALE item!) within 14 days. 

NOTE:  ALL shipping and handling charges for any exchanges of size or change of mind will be at your cost.  

The cost for re-sending an item is $15.00 via regular post or if you request  EXPRESS overnight delivery,  the cost to you is $20

Your returned items must meet these conditions to be accepted:

• Returned within 14 days of delivery
• Unworn, original condition in the box (we consider the box as part of the item)
• NOT A SALE ITEM – SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL

Refunds

In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty, it can be returned for a replacement, repair, a refund or a store credit.  If you believe your purchase is faulty, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your goods.   Call us on 07 3268 2245 so we can ascertain the best solution for you.

Please note: Refunds are not provided (but store credits are) when:

• You change your mind
• If you have selected the incorrect size
• Cost of re-shipping is your responsibility
